The floors are drop dead gorgeous and the best investment I've ever made with my house. Put dings in vinyl planks that should have been replaced. Hammered joints to make fit and left uneven joints. When called back to correct a problem they just patched & covered up. Had another company come to correct their problem after they patched. The owner is reimbursing me the cost for the repair. The owner is also working to help me with problems.
